Eddie and his crew installed our new deck in 2023. Eddie was excellent at communicating with us throughout the project. We knew exactly what was happening each and every day. Permits and inspections were all taken care of by him and he was always here for inspections. The project went seamlessly, without a hitch and completed 100 percent on time and exactly as promised. We are so pleased with the product and the service.

My wife and I worked with Eddie to design and replace an existing patio with a 30x18 Deck. Eddie and his team were fantastic to work with. They came when they said they would, kept the worksite clean, and finished our deck on time. When we wanted to upgrade our deck from cedar to composite, we wanted a contractor that had a great deal of experience and was easy to work with. We did our research and found E. Ray Construction. Eddie came to our house and explained his process and provided us with samples of decking options and design ideas. We knew based on our interactions with Eddie that ERC was the right company to go with. The finished product totally exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work, the attention to detail, the collaboration as the work went on was better than any contractor we've ever worked with. Eddie and his team were on time every day, tidied up the work area at the end of every day and completed the deck when promised. We're extremely happy with our deck and recommend Eddie to everyone who asks about it. In fact, two friends and family members have already had Eddie build their decks and I know more will follow. From start to finish, E.Ray Construction was fantastic. During the initial quoting phase Eddie was very up front about costs, timeline and what to expect. While he wasn’t the cheapest bid, I was confident that his team would provide the best experience and overall quality. He did exactly that. His team actually finished a few days early and that was with adding skirting around the deck which wasn’t part of the original scope. I have two young boys and Eddie’s team was awesome letting them watch and even brought them a few construction toys. His entire team was respectful and courteous the entire time they were onsite. Eddie and team did an amazing job on our new front porch stairs. They removed the old concrete staircase and built a new front entry which extended out to the side using Azek boards. Eddie was great to work with and you can tell he takes pride in the quality of work he does. If you are looking for a new deck, stairs or porch, I would highly recommend Eddie and his team!!!
